Problem Statement
Navigating hospital premises can be challenging for patients and visitors, leading to confusion, delays, and potential frustrations.
Solution
The Hospital Indoor Navigation app offers a revolutionary solution by integrating QR codes, augmented reality (AR) technology, and Bluetooth beacons for precise indoor navigation. Patients and visitors can scan QR codes at designated locations, receive real-time directions through AR anchor points overlaid on their smartphone cameras, and navigate seamlessly to their desired destinations within the hospital.
My Contribution
As the UI/UX Designer, I spearheaded the design of an intuitive and user-friendly navigation experience for hospital visitors. I conducted extensive user testing and feedback sessions to understand user preferences and pain points, created wireframes and user flows to map out the navigation process, designed visually engaging UI elements for the app interface, and collaborated with developers to implement AR features and Bluetooth integration seamlessly. My designs focused on enhancing clarity, ease of use, and accessibility, improving the overall hospital experience for patients and visitors using the Indoor Navigation app.
