Problem Statement
Many companies struggle with manual and outdated timesheet processes, leading to inefficiencies, errors, and difficulty in tracking work hours and project timelines accurately.
Solution
The Timesheet website revolutionizes timesheet management by offering a user-friendly interface with modern features. Key functionalities include a calendar view for easy navigation and scheduling, a day-wise log for detailed time entries, project-specific logging with color-coded categorization for clarity, and user and manager login interfaces for seamless entry and approval workflows.
My Contribution
As the UI/UX Designer, I played a pivotal role in enhancing the usability and functionality of the Timesheet tool. I conducted in-depth user research to understand pain points and user needs, developed wireframes and user flows to optimize the interface, designed intuitive UI elements for easy navigation and data input, and created prototypes to visualize and test the user experience. My designs focused on improving efficiency, reducing errors, and enhancing user satisfaction with the timesheet tool.
